A maker at Orleans about 1755-65 His instruments show fairly good workmanship, the sound-holes well cut, wide in the centre, the scroll rather heavy, and the varnish a yellow colour. Label : ” Roze, rue Sainte-Catherine, a Orleans pres le Martroy, 1757″

Seine Arbeit ist sorgfältig und erinnert an die Schule von Mirecourt; das Modell ist hübsch und sein Lack von gelber Farbe. Die F-Löcher, die in der Mitte sehr weit sind, zeigen trotzdem guten Schnitt, dagegen ist die Schnecke ziemlich plump.
