Fünfter Sohn von Johann Gottfried Sch. Er heirathete 1788 Eva Regine Wild (geb. 1767, † 1823) und hinterliess sechs Kinder. In seinen Arbeiten erkennt man noch die Schule der Ficker, Pfretzschner etc.; das Holz ist bei ihm meist schöner, die innere Ausarbeitung jedoch oberflächlicher.
