William Meredith Morris+
He was born in Manchester, Nov. 14, i860, and works at present at 87 City Road. He is a pupil of James Barrow, of Salford, and of James Cole, of Manchester. He has made two hundred violins, and a few violoncellos and double-basses on an original model. He uses very good wood, and an oil varnish of his own make.
