Biographies
John Dilworth
Georg Born 1812 Mittenwald, died 1880 Augsburg. Worked for Engleder in Munich, subsequently in Augsburg. Son-in-law and (from 1842) successor of F. Krenn, a guitar maker in Munich. Appointed luthier to the court. Retired 1875. Chiefly occupied with plucked instruments, but his repair label is found in a viol at the Bach Museum, Eisenach.
