Willibald Leo Lütgendorff+
Sohn eines Saitenmachers; Schüler von W. J. Schunda, bei dem er von 1880—1887 war. Er arbeitete als Gehilfe bei Voigt und Lemböck in Wien, darauf von 1891—1894 bei Riechers in Berlin, ferner in Prag und Budapest und machte sich um 1895 in seiner Vaterstadt selbstständig. Im Jahre 1900 wurde er von der Regierung zum Studium der Weltausstellung nach Paris geschickt. Er ist einer der besten unter den jüngeren ungarischen Geigenmachern.
