Franz Anton Worked circa. 1790-1834 Brno Czech Republic. Unattractive Stainer copies. Well made but high-arched, with deeply worked edge flute and thin dark opaque varnish. Henley points out that ground is of glue base, notorious for vulnerability to water and lack of adhesion.
