Frau Josefa Theuerle auf den Kgl. Weinbergen bei Prag besitzt eine Viola mit dem untenstehenden Zettel. Das Stift Ossegg bewahrt ein Bassetto von einem Daniel Adalbert Waldter in Postelberg. Durch die Übereinstimmung der beiden Vornamen und des Wohnorts muss man an ein verwandtschaftliches Verhältniss dieser beiden Geigenmacher glauben, wenn man nicht annehmen will, dass Waldter (Walter) ein dritter Taufname eines Meister Namens Wofs gewesen ist.
