Er wohnte im sog. Wübner Viertel und legte am 8. März 1728 den Bürgereid ab. In den Steuerbüchern kommt er bis zu seinem Tode vor. Er gehört wahrscheinlich zu der Augsburger oder Mittenwalder Familie des gleichen Namens. Sein Nachfolger wurde sein Sohn Johann W.
