One guitar dated 1821 in the Museo Stradivariano, Cremona. Earliest violin dated 1780. Usually widely-set soundholes and slightly pointed corners; otherwise broadly similar to the work of his brother. Possibly took over the workshop on Nicola’s retirement in 1804. [Gindin]
