BIRKEDAHL, David Born 1956, died 1984 Albuquerque, New Mexico USA. After leaving the army, studied at the Salt Lake City school of violin making 1972-1975. Worked in various locations in Colorado until 1979, Fruitvale 1975, Palisade 1976, and Colbran 1977. Returned to Albuquerque 1979, working for Don Roberston, and established independently c.1981.
