Vielleicht der Vater des gleichnamigen Regensburger Meisters. Er baute
fast ausschliesslich nach dem breiten Stainer-Modell undliess manchmal die Einlage fehlen. Sein Lack ist feurig, dick aufgetragen und kommt Stainer sehr
nahe; auch im Ton sind seine Instrumente gut.
