Pupil of Gesualdo Averna. Moved from his birthplace to Agrigento 1929. Following military service in 1931 he became a pupil of Sgarbi in Rome, eventually becoming the foreman of the workshop. Established independently in Pinerolo, Turin, from 1941, working also with Arassich in Milan. Exhibited in C\u{2026} — John Dilworth

GULINO, Salvatore Born 1910 Cataldo, Sicily, died 1972 Pinerolo Italy. Pupil of Gesualdo Averna. Moved from his birthplace to Agrigento 1929. Following military service in 1931 he became a pupil of Sgarbi in Rome, eventually becoming the foreman of the workshop. Established independently in Pinerolo, Turin, from 1941, working also with Arassich in Milan. Exhibited in Cremona 1949. Classical models with a preference for Guadagnini and Guarneri. Also extensive restoration and repair work.
