Willibald Leo Lütgendorff+

Sohn von Vinc. Heinrich und Schüler von Anton Pötzl. Er arbeitete von
1873—1875 in Markneukirchen, 1875 in Leipzig und a. a. O., ging 1876 nach
Wien und dann nach Budapest, kehrte nach Wien zurück und war zuletzt in
Breslau thätig, bis er sich 1881 in Schönbach selbstständig machte. Er gilt als
der beste Reparateur in seiner Vaterstadt. Seine Geigen und Violoncelli sind
nach italienischen Meistern copirt und mit weichem, festem Spiritus- und Öllack
überzogen. für Händler klebt er den Zettel des Modells in die Geigen,
für besondere Kundschaften den eigenen Zettel. Er wurde auf Ausstellungen
mehrfach ausgezeichnet.
