ANDRESCU, Johann Born 1868, d. after 1925 Orastie (Broos/Szazvaros) Romania. Worked for some time in Vienna, returned to Orastie in 1888, where he established his own shop. Large model. Spirit varnish. Undistinguished workmanship. Signed, labelled, and branded with two violins and bows, crossed: Johann Andrescu / Geigenmacher / Broos, Szdszvrdos (Ungarri) [Vannes]
