John Dilworth

BAUSCH, Otto Julius Born 1841, died 1874 Leipzig Germany. Brother of Ludwig Bausch jr., above. Pupil of his father Ludwig Christian Bausch, above. Also apprenticed to Vauchel in Offenbach. Succeeded to the business at Leipzig 1871, and was himself succeeded by A. Paulus. Fine bows and rather undistinguished violins with red-orange varnish.
