Im Jahre 1786 liess er sich in München nieder und erhielt sehr bald die
Arbeiten für die Hofcapelle, da man mit Gregor Sidtler nicht zufrieden war; er
erhielt auch den Hoftitel und wird im Hofkalender für 1799 noch als Hof-
Lautenmacher aufgeführt, er hat aber München schon Ende 1798 oder Anfang
1799 wieder verlassen. Geigen von ihm sind mir nicht bekannt geworden; er
scheint hauptsächlich mit Ausbesserungen beschäftigt gewesen zu sein.
