BONNEL, Joseph (‘le Jeune’) b. Domvallier, Vosges, Worked circa. 1830-1875 Rennes France. Son and pupil of Joseph ‘Le Vieux’, above, worked for him in Rennes 1830-1859. Subsequently moved to Rouen to take over his brother Nicolas’ shop, but returned to Rennes in 1873. From 1875 employed C. Claudot a\u{2026} — John Dilworth

BONNEL, Joseph (‘le Jeune’) b. Domvallier, Vosges, Worked circa. 1830-1875 Rennes France. Son and pupil of Joseph ‘Le Vieux’, above, worked for him in Rennes 1830-1859. Subsequently moved to Rouen to take over his brother Nicolas’ shop, but returned to Rennes in 1873. From 1875 employed C. Claudot as his senior craftsman.
