Willibald Leo Lütgendorff+
Einer der besten holländischen Geigenmacher des 17. Jahrhunderts, der sich durch besonders saubere Arbeit und guten, gelben Lack auszeichnet. Er bevorzugte ein grosses Patron und brachte am Wirbelkasten geschnitzte Köpfchen an. Er stand in hohem Ansehen, und das Selhof’sche Auctionsverzeichniss führt Violinen, Gamben und Violoncelli von ihm aus den Jahren von 1614 (?) bis 1675 auf (versteigert im
Haag 1759). In der Sammlung Scheurleer sind zwei Violen von 1683 und 1689 und bei Snoeck eine Bassviola von 1667 (jetzt in Berlin).
