BRUNO, Carlo Colombo Born 1872 Caltanisetta, Sicily, died 1964 Turin Italy. Active in Turin from 1890 at 21 Via Roma, from 1897 at 3 via Accademia Albertina / 23 Principe Amedeo, and at 10, Piazza Carlo Felice. Medals at Paris, Turin, and Marseilles Exhibitions. Good imitations of Stradivari and Amati. Good materials and dark red oil varnish. Well regarded cellos and plucked instruments also.
