Er war Geigenmacher und Musiker. Sein Modell erinnert in gleicher Weise
an Steiner wie auch an Amati, an den Letzteren namentlich in Bezug auf die
Schnecke und die F-Löcher. Er hatte einen gewöhnlichen, braunen Lack und nahm
ziemlich hohe Wölbung.
