Life
Italian violin maker of the modern Cremonese school. Born in Breganze, Vicenza, he graduated from the Cremona International Violin Making School in 1984 and studied with Gio Batta Morassi at the CEE workshop until 1988. He established his own workshop in Breganze, producing violins, violas and cellos inspired by the classical Cremonese tradition. An award-winning maker, he has received international recognition for his workmanship, varnish and acoustical qualities, including prizes at Bagnacavallo, Baveno and the Tchaikovsky International Violin Making Competition in Moscow.
