John Dilworth
GALLICANE, Luc Born 1884 Paris France. Proponent of a varnish recipe claimed to date from 1716: the ‘Secret Processes of Van Eyck’. Applied the varnish to factory produced instruments from Mirecourt. Awarded medals at Geneva 1927.
