GUALZATTA, Benedetto b. Switzerland, Worked circa. 1679-1725 Rome Italy. Several plucked instruments extant including a mandolin in the Musical Instrument Museum in Rome dated 1679, a Portuguese guitar in the Metropolitan Museum, New York from 1716, and a pandorina in the Schweiz Landesmuseum, Zurich from 1725.
