Willibald Leo Lütgendorff+
Schüler von N. J. Lund, arbeitete dann bei Bausch in Leipzig, Engleder in
München, Sprenger in Nürnberg und bei Vuillaume in Paris. Nachdem er noch
Frankreich, England und Italien bereist hatte, liess er sich als Geigenmacher in
Kopenhagen nieder und wurde da Hofinstrumentenmacher. Seine Violinen und
Violoncelli sind recht gut und nach den besten Vorbildern ausgeführt. Auch
sein Sohn ist Geigenmacher geworden.
