Willibald Leo Lütgendorff+
Schüler. von Karl Kessler und der Fachschule für Instrumentenbau in
Markneukirchen. Er arbeitete dann 2 1/2 « Jahre bei Hammig in Leipzig und
1 Jahr bei Schunemann in Hamburg, 3 1/2„ Jahre bei H. Th. Heberlein und
machte sich am 1. November 1890 in seiner Vaterstadt selbstständig, wo er nach
Italienischen und französichen Vorbildern Geigen macht. Seit 1896 fertigt er
auch Schoossviolinen zum Ersatz der Streichzither an.
