John Dilworth+

PFAB Friedrich August Born 1822 Zwota, Worked Klingenthal, died 1904 Hamburg Germany. Apprenticed in Klingenthal. Worked in Hamburg from 1844. Awarded several medals. Stradivari model. Professional workmanship and finish. Succeeded in business by J. Hempel 1902.

Willibald Leo Lütgendorff+

Er errichtete, nachdem er vorher in Wien und Dresden gearbeitet hatte,
1852 in Hamburg sein Geschäft. Er machte Geigen und Violoncelli nach
einem eigenen, dem Stradivari verwandten Modell und gilt als Kenner alter
Instrumente. Er erhielt 1873 in Wien eine Verdienstmedaille und 1889 in
Hamburg die goldene Medaille. Am 1. März 1902 wurde Julius Hempel sein Nachfolger.
