Raul Politi (born 1913 in Rome, Italy) was a violin maker, restorer, and repairer, and the son and pupil of Enrico Politi. He was also trained as a violinist. Politi produced over 150 instruments, primarily on the Stradivari model, and used a distinctive clear red-orange varnish.
