Er war ein Sohn und Schüler von Christian R. Er scheint in Markneukirchen eingewandert und schliesslich anderwärts gestorben zu sein, da sein Name in den dortigen Pfarrbüchern fehlt. Dagegen kommt er in den Zunftacten oft vor und war seit 1709 mehr als acht Mal im Zunftrathe. Der Name wird manchmal auch Reicholt geschrieben.
