Es giebt Lauten und Theorben mit seinem Namen. Hart, Sandys und Forster erwähnen ihn, doch war es mir nicht möglich, in Augsburg etwas über ihn zu finden. Ebenso unbekannt ist er in Prag. Er war jedenfalls ein vogtländischer, wahrscheinlich (Mark)Neukirchener Geigenmacher, der von Markt zu Markt zog.
