Eine weitverzweigte Musikerfamilie, von der einige Mitglieder auch als Instrumentenmacher und zwar hauptsächlich als Blasinstrumentenmacher vorkommen. (Vgl. v. d. Straeten, B. V. S. 180 ff) Jan Hyacinth war Hofgeiger und hat auch einige Instrumente gemacht, die eher an die Tyroler Schule als an Amati erinnern. Sein Lack ist rothbraun.
