Hof-Lautenmacher. War als tüchtiger Meister geschätzt, so dass der churfürstliche Hof auch nach seinem Tode der Wittwe Maria W., die das Geschäft bis 1780 fortführte, allerlei Arbeiten (Neuanfertigung und Reparaturen, so 1772 um 111 fl.) übertrug. Er war der Lehrer von Greg. Sidtler, der später das Geschäft von der Wittwe kaufte.
