Carlo Ceruti worked circa 1886 in Turin, Italy. He was the son and pupil of Giuseppe Ceruti. Carlo Ceruti worked mainly for his father and for his brother Enrico before later establishing himself independently in Turin.'s The Brompton's Book of Violin & Bow Makers, his label inscription reads "Cerutti Carlo / fece in Torino anno 1886."
