Vielleicht ein Sohn von Joh. Christoph L., dem seine Arbeit sehr ähnlich
ist. Hohe Wölbung, bräunlicher Lack, gute Arbeit, gutes Holz und schöner,
weicher Ton sind die Merkzeichen seiner Geigen. Eine Violine aus dem Jahre
1774 und eine Viola von 1768 im Schottenstifte in Wien. Auch das Stift Melk (Oberosterreich) besitzt Geigen von ihm.
