Biographies
John Dilworth
NEBEL, Fred Born 1901 New York USA. Son and pupil of Andrew Nebel, above. Also studied with his uncle Martin and in Mittenwald, Germany. Worked in Mittenwald for Johann Bader and with Michael Dötsch and Theodor Schrage in Berlin. Returned to the USA and established in Brooklyn, New York. Reproductions of classical Italian instruments and personal models, using both spirit and oil varnish.
