John Dilworth
BAUER, Anton Born 1860 Bublava (Schwaderbach), Kraslice Czech Republic, Worked circa. 1884-1918 Linz Austria. Pupil of J. Breindl in Kraslice, subsequently worked for Ottensteiner in Munich, Kretschmar, Markneukirchen, Graz, Linz c.1884, and Vienna c.1910. Returned to Linz 1918. Few violins; chiefly a maker of plucked instruments.
